The whole Bourbon vanilla pods are sourced in Madagascar and are picked when ripe in order to develop their full aroma. No colourings, added flavourings or preservatives, gluten, and palm oil free. This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker.
