Exquisite and delicate, succumb to temptation with our whole pod Vanilla ice cream and her caramelized pecan nuts. The whole Bourbon vanilla pods are sourced in Madagascar and are picked when ripe in order to develop their full aroma. No colourings, added flavourings or preservatives, gluten, and palm oil free. This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker.

Water, sugar, semi-skimmed milk, egg yolks, cream, (6.9%) caramel coulis (sugar, glucose syrup, cream, whole milk, fresh butter, dextrose, dietary fibre, fleur de sel of Ile de Ré, salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin, bicarbonate of soda, natural vanilla extract), (6.9%) caramelized pecan nut, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, concentrated butter, (0.4%) vanilla pods, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (origin: rapeseed)), stabilisers (carob and guar flour).
