A passion for excellence

Founded in 1996 by Denis Lavaud, 20 years later, L’Angélys was awarded “Artisan Ice Creams of France” certification. The artisan ice cream maker has always worked according to best practices, using natural ingredients with no added flavouring, artificial colouring or vegetable fat.

What’s more, Denis Lavaud strives to constantly improve his products and is currently working on a process to reduce the quantity of sugar in recipes by 20%.

 

Free from preservatives, gluten and palm oil, and with no lactose in the sorbets, making them suitable for vegans.
