Free from preservatives, gluten, palm oil and lactose, our sorbets are suitable for vegans.


Mascarpone ice cream flavored with a subtle blend of marsala, coffee and amaretto and its chocolate marbling. No colourings, added flavourings or preservatives, gluten, and lactose free. This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker.

Mascarpone (34%) (cream, milk, acidity regulator: citric acid), water, sugar, marsala (sulphite) (5%), skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, egg yolks from free-range chickens, sponge fingers (2%) (sugar, wheat flour (gluten), fresh egg, inverted sugar syrup, skimmed milk powder, flavouring, salt, acidifier (potassium tartrate, powdered egg whites), foaming agent (triethyl citrate), thickening agent (xanthan gum), inverted sugar syrup, coffee extract (0.5%), emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (origin: rapeseed)), stabilisers (carob and guar flour, cocoa powder).

To enjoy this ice cream fully, we recommend putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes prior to serving.

This product contains milk, eggs, sulphites and cereals containing gluten.
