All the expertise and authenticity of Charente and Charente-Maritime come together to make a product with great finesse and beautiful structure! No colourings, added flavourings and preservatives, gluten and palm oil free. This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker. As we are committed to environmental protection, we have opted for reusable packaging. The tub is microwave and dishwasher safe and can be used in the fridge and freezer.
Water, raisins soaked in Cognac XO 10%, sugar, egg yolks from free-range chickens 7%, skimmed milk powder, cream, glucose syrup, Cognac XO 4.2%, concentred butter, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of rapeseed fatty acids, stabilisers: carob and guar flour.
To enjoy this ice cream fully, we recommend putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes prior to serving.
