Slight bitterness on the finish, which really reminds of the taste of these nuts in a creamy ice cream. No colouring, no added flavourings, no gluten and no preservatives. This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker.
Water, cream, sugar, walnut pieces (nuts) (10%), skimmed milk powder, walnut paste (nut) (6%), glucose syrup, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (origin rapeseed)), stabilisers (carob and guar flour).
To enjoy this ice cream fully, we recommend putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes prior to serving.
This product contains milk and nuts. Possible presence of eggs and soy.
