Free from preservatives, gluten, palm oil and lactose, our sorbets are suitable for vegans.


Elaborated from nougat cream, our ice cream offers a creamy and unctuous tasting with a light touch of honey. No colourings, added flavourings or preservatives, gluten, and lactose free. This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker. As we are committed to environmental protection, we have opted for reusable packaging. The tub is microwave and dishwasher safe and can be used in the fridge and freezer.

Water, Montemar nougat cream 15.5% (toasted almonds (nuts), sugar, wheat glucose syrup (gluten), honey, natural vanilla flavour, egg white, unleavened bread), skimmed milk powder, sugar, cream, glucose syrup, nougat chips 3% (toasted almonds (nuts), sugar, wheat glucose syrup (gluten), honey, non-hydrogenated coconut oil fat, egg white, unleavened bread, natural vanilla flavour), caramelised almond pieces 3% (almond (nuts), sugar), concentrated butter, honey, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (origin : rapeseed), stabilisers: carob and guar flour.
Directions for use

To enjoy this ice cream fully, we recommend putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes prior to serving.

This product contains milk, eggs, gluten and nuts.
