Delicious and sweet, succumb to temptation with our Salted Butter Caramel ice cream. No colourings, added flavourings or preservatives, gluten, and palm oil free. The fine sea salt used in this recipe comes from Ile de Ré. This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker. As we are committed to environmental protection, we have opted for reusable packaging. The tub is microwave and dishwasher safe and can be used in the fridge and freezer. Our Salted Butter Caramel ice cream received the “Flavour of the Year” award for 2020!
Water, caramel (15.7%) (sugar, water), skimmed milk powder, cream, salted churn butter (7%), sugar, maize glucose syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (origin: rapeseed), stabilisers: carob and guar flour.
To enjoy this ice cream fully, we recommend putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes prior to serving.
