Free from preservatives, gluten, palm oil and lactose, our sorbets are suitable for vegans.


No colourings, added flavourings or preservatives, gluten and lactose free. This ice cream is made in our production site in Charente-Maritime by our Artisan Ice Cream Maker. As we are committed to environmental protection, we have opted for reusable packaging. The tub is microwave and dishwasher safe and can be used in the fridge and freezer.

Water, Brittany biscuits 18.5% (wheat flour (gluten), concentred butter, sugar, eggs, salt, baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, wheat flour), cream, inverted sugar syrup, caramel coulis 6% (sugar, cream, maize glucose syrup, butter, Ile de Ré fine sea salt, gelling agent: pectin), skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, sugar, butter, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (origin: rapeseed), stabilisers: carob and guar flour, salt, fine sea salt.
Directions for use

To enjoy this ice cream fully, we recommend putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes prior to serving.

This product contains milk, eggs and cereals containing gluten.
